The town of Manitou Springs is located just a few minutes west of Colorado Springs at the bottom of Ute Pass along Highway 24. The home inventory is eclectic and largely historic, stacking into the steep canyon walls that make up the topography of the area.

Manitou is a popular visitor destination with lots of charm and character in its historic downtown featuring locally owned shops and restaurants. Manitou also offers easy access to area attractions including Garden of the Gods Park, the Pikes Peak Cog Railroad, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Incline/Barr Trail, and the Penny Arcade.
