Powers Boulevard is a major arterial road running north and south approximately 3 miles East of I-25.Development continues to boom along this major arterial, including the new 1-million square foot Amazon distribution center. The original Powers neighborhoods were developed in the 1990s; however, new construction is ongoing and the housing options are varied.
The Powers area offers convenient access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment and is a short commute to Peterson Air Force Base and the Colorado Springs Airport.
