The second floor of the former Simpich Doll Factory and Showroom in Old Colorado City features 4 residential loft units which were built in 2008. Located directly across from Bancroft Park, this project offered one-of-a-kind living spaces within walking distance of the area's favorite shops, restaurants and activities.
