Pikes Peak Lofts

The Pikes Peak Lofts include nine new loft units, located on the top floor of the Pueblo Bank & Trust building with panoramic mountain and city views and large private outdoor balconies. This is downtown living at its finest! The building is centrally located on the corner of Wahsatch and Pikes Peak Avenue within walking distance of shops, restaurants, banks, the post office, and parks.

The project includes studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units with secure entry, elevator access and conveniently located secure parking. Each unit features a true industrial loft feel with large metal frame windows, exposed concrete ceilings, stained concrete floors, and exposed ductwork and utility lines. Gourmet kitchens with custom cabinetry, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. The Walston Group Special Projects Team provided architectural consulting and interior design services for this project.
