Old Colorado City Lofts

The Old Colorado City Lofts are located in the historic Waycott Building, which formerly served as a famous opera house, an ice cream parlor, and meeting hall. The developer created three commercial condos on the second floor and four residential lofts on the third floor. The renovation preserved the original brick walls, wood floors, and window frames while creating open-concept living spaces.
