Giddings II

Giddings II was constructed in 2006 as an addition to the original Giddings Building on the corner of Tejon and Kiowa Streets. The new four-story building includes 9 residential loft units, and is a harmonious blend of historic and contemporary design that melds perfectly into the surrounding turn-of-the century architecture and the adjoining building. 

These modern lofts feature stained and acid washed concrete floors, private western facing balconies overlooking Tejon Street and upscale custom interior finishes. Gourmet kitchens are accented by solid surface counters, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Primary bedrooms include a walk-in closet and 5 piece bath with luxurious soaking tub. The Walston Group Special Projects Team provided architectural consulting and interior design services for this project.
