The Bijou Lofts

The Bijou Lofts are located above the historic Colburn Motors building, which received a new second story with nine residential loft units in 2016-17.  The newly constructed upper level features a brick and stucco façade that blends beautifully with the historic storefront below. 

Each unit features a large private balcony with great views of downtown and Pikes Peak. These beautifully designed lofts feature hardwood floors, exposed spiral ductwork, Pella windows and doors, 10’ ceilings, gourmet custom kitchens and high-end finishes throughout. Each unit also has a deeded parking space in adjacent private garage and a secure on site storage closet. The Walston Group Special Projects Team provided architectural consulting and interior design services for this project.
