Subsequent to the Daniels development, Walston Group served as marketing agent for another Tejon Street project: the Carriage House Lofts, all five of which were quickly purchased by its current residential occupants as well as investors. These units range from 1000-1350 square feet and sold for $230k - $375k. One unit includes a rooftop deck; the remaining units include balconies, and the front loft faces Tejon Street and the Rocky Mountains.
