Fifteen students in her high school graduating class. From Hitchcock, South Dakota to Northern California by way of Albuquerque, Janelle finally found home in Colorado Springs in 1992. Over the years she has worked in every sector of the real estate market from fixing leaky faucets at a property management company to designing and marketing million-dollar lofts. Known around town as “The Loft Lady,” Janelle excels at creating successful brands and is continuously reinventing herself and her organization. Not bad for a country girl from South Dakota.

Investors/income property: Janelle got her start in commercial property management and sales, and maintains her own commercial, single family and multi-family investment portfolio. She loves nothing more than to help clients find a great deal and provides expert assistance when evaluating the profitability of real estate investments.
First time homebuyers: She wants first time homebuyers to feel informed, not overwhelmed. Janelle understands that the process of purchasing a home for the first time can be stressful and the details can be difficult to understand. That’s why she likes to take extra time to make sure first time homebuyers end up feeling like old pros by the time they get to the closing table.
Commercial/Developers: With a strong presence in Colorado Springs’ largest commercial area, Janelle has earned a reputation with downtown commercial building owners and developers as a knowledgeable commercial sales agent and project partner.
Janelle is also an avid supporter of downtown growth and the arts, and most recently volunteered as the vice-chair of the downtown Business Improvement District (BID) Board. She is a seasoned traveler and has logged many miles visiting places all over the world including Mexico, Italy, Columbia, Peru, Costa Rica and the UK. New York City is also one of her frequent stops for the fantastic art, food and shopping.
